Cancellation Policy
Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will be applied for any no-shows or cancellations not made within a 24-hour timeframe. We appreciate your understanding. If the card on file is unavailable for charging, future bookings will not be permitted.
Last-Minute Booking Fee:
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time will include a $20 last-minute fee to accommodate prep + sanitation time.
